Permanent Opportunity for a Senior HR professional
  • My client is seeking a Sr HR BP for providing full cycle HR support to the respective business unit.
  • You will play a key role in supporting Sr stakeholders and shape the People strategy for the group
  • You should have experience in Technology / ICT / Tech hiring / Engineering hiring
You will :
  • Work with the Management team to create a culture that supports the strategy for business growth  & Build strong relationships with the all levels of the organisation,
  • Key aspects include
  • providing guidance and coaching on employee relations, performance and development issues 
  • Collaborate with other business unit HR’s  in guiding to provide practical employee value proposition
  • Work on HR strategies, framework, and guidelines in all areas of HR functions in order to attract, groom and retain talents to support business growth. 
  • Understand the internal and external customer environment & work out the practical add value solutions to shorten the gap and support business growth. 
  • Drive organizational development and transformational strategies including change management, conflict resolution, teambuilding, coaching,
    Employee Engagement Survey and/or other necessary strategies. 
  • Work on annual performance review and Compensation and Benefit review
  • Play a critical role in Workforce planning and Talent succession planning - Collaborate with senior business leaders to identify long-term talent and capabilities needed to deliver the business strategy.
  • At least 10 years of experience
  • Leadership capabilities
  • Singaporeans / PR candidates would be offered priority
  • Mandarin speaking skills will be good to have due to the nature of the business.
