This is an exciting full time/ permanent opportunity for those with a passion for enhancing the employee experience across an organisation while supporting the core business with essential activities including governance,  reporting and taking ownership of operational processes.

The HR reporting and process focus works closely on a day-to-day basis with key stakeholders of the business to provide support to managers and employees.  This might include enquiries relating to reporting, HR system support, vendor relationships and process re/engineering. 

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • 3 years’ experience working in a Human Resources environment and exposure to systems
  • Experience in and knowledge of HR operations, including payroll, recruitment, on-boarding and other processes
  • Experience working within Human Resources teams and interacting with a variety of HR and business stakeholders
  • HR data analysis and reporting
  • Extensive skills and experience in MS Office, specifically Excel and Visio
  • Vendor Management experience
  • Exposure to power BI and Tableau for reporting (ideal)
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines and balance competing priorities
  • Demonstrated knowledge and/or experience dealing with contemporary HR issues and practices
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative, problem solve and adapt priorities as required.
