Responsibilities:
Execute recruitment strategies through various sourcing techniques
To ensure recruitment turnaround time is kept within target
Be the first point of contact and work closely with HRBPs throughout the recruitment process, keeping them updated in timely manner on all hiring requirements
Develop strategic sourcing solutions that will attract and acquire high quality candidates
Use various sourcing channels to attract talent leveraging search tools, job boards, Boolean searches and social media
Screening & shortlisting candidates, making recommendations to HRBP and providing professional and timely feedback to employees
Accountable for the compliance and document tracking requirements as per defined process guideline and audit requirement.
Work cross-functionally with matrixed teams to meet overall business recruiting goals
Assisting HRBP manager in matters, including employee relations, recruitment, Organization Development & Learning (ODL), Compensation & Benefits (C&B) matters.
Partner with Support & Supply Chain Function to ensure continuous improvement of work relationship, productivity and morale and retention is maintained together with Head of Department
Educate, consult and support the managers on performance management and ensure the Goal
setting and Year End review calibration is completed within the company timeline and participate in calibration conversations which can include Mid-Year, Monthly Monitoring or Quarterly as required by the busines
Requirements:
University Degree in Business Management with HR focus preferred.
Minimum 4 years’ experience in HR and 3 years in recruitment/ talent acquisition
Fluent in Chinese to liaise with Chinese-speaking candidates
A proven in-house and /or agency recruitment experience
Experience in full-cycle recruitment of candidates for roles at all levels across the various business teams
Highly committed and able to work independently in fast pace environment
Systematic and meticulous in approach, Performance-driven and results-oriented
Ability to work under tight deadlines and with minimum supervision
Strategic thinking with exceptional data analysis skills
Proficient in both written and spoken English
