What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly preferred
  • 15+ years in medical claims operations, health insurance, or related domains
  • Proven leadership in driving claims process improvement and digital transformation
  • Strong expertise in AI-driven claims solutions, FWA tools, and analytics platforms
  • Deep understanding of claims adjudication frameworks and modern digital architectures
  • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on change management excellence
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Bonus Points For:
  • Experience with SaaS-based claims tech and digital health ecosystems
  • Knowledge of healthcare insurance regulations and compliance standards
