Spearhead the PMO office for the global transformation office, working with offices of CEO, CFOs, CTOs Executive Business Heads. Overseeing specific operational, strategic and/or transformation projects as assigned.
 
Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Communications, messaging and support of daily operational activities
  • Review, analyze and evaluate requests and inputs to the Transformation office’s to ensure consistency of communications, content and messaging per Transformation office’s guidance
  • Manage ongoing Transformation office’s operational communications and activities, including weekly management staff calls, bi-weekly regional management brainstorming meetings and other meetings as required
  • Integrate and develop communications and presentations for the Transformation office, coordinating input when multiple stakeholders are involved, including but not limited to: Executive Summary of Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), business transformation initiatives, International Business presentations/reports, Executive Committee & Global Executive presentations/briefings, and All Hand calls and presentations
  • Management of operational, strategic and transformation projects as assigned by the Transformation office’s
  • Work with Head of Strategic Programmes to coordinate various actions across the different functions that support achievement of the Transformation office’s objectives.
  • Responsible for managing the delivery of specific operational, strategic and transformation initiatives and projects as assigned.
  • Closely manage, monitor, report and follow up actions and deliverables required from the various management stakeholders, in order to ensure empowerment, alignment, and timeliness, to execute and deliver each specific business and transformation initiatives and projects as assigned.
Project Execution and Governance:
  • Track deadlines, deliverables, resources, and timelines throughout the project process.
  • Accountable for commitments and will conduct project team meetings to provide status updates and identify and resolve issues.
  • Manage the overall process of carrying out the project, adapt plans based on evolving needs, conditions or issues that may arise and ensure on-time, high-quality delivery in order to influence accountability, engagement, commitment, and timeliness, to execute and deliver each specific business and transformation project in accordance with the stated project goals.   • Ensure documentation, supporting materials, and project plans are updated and readily available for internal teams and senior leaders. Upon completion of a project, compile and document project information.
  • Establish an global PMO repository to house confidential project data
  • Be the SPOC and liaison officer for the Transformation office’s
  • Ensure consistent and positive working relationships - Business Support Functions, Solution Domains and Country General Managers) to assure effectiveness in the organization and help achieve • to heh overall alignment to defined practices and execution/delivery of the Transformation office’s objectives and initiatives 
Management Responsibility:
  • Effective matrix management qualities needed across the business, whilst ensuring alignment with Global teams and International Business teams, in order to deliver on the role's objectives and responsibilities • Program management and project management of multiple projects and complex situations about you department Sales & Marketing Asia Pacific
Requirement
  • At least 12+ years of experience in project Delivery.
  • Programme Governance expertise . Having Project Manager Experience is an added advantage.
  • Very Strong with Leadership Skills. Experience / Ability to manage a 6-8 member team .
  • Good understanding of financials. Good to have Project Financial Experience.
  • Must demonstrate good Judgement and Pragmatic approach to delivery solution that optimizes activities across Bank needs, Business constraints & Technology realities.
  • PMP / equivalent certification is also mandatory
