Be part of a leading international life business and bancassurance team as Head of Strategic Development. Your role will lead key strategic initiatives to develop and execute the digitally led bancassurance model.

You will drive and implement significant improvements in performance management support. You will support segment specific proposition and strategy for bank partners to achieve key penetration into targeted segments. This is a high impact role that will offer strong opportunities to innovate, challenge and work alongside like-minded team members across functions and regional office.

We value individuals with strong capabilities to manage projects, influence and engage with stakeholders and communicate with results. Ideally you would have at least 10 years of relevant working experience in financial services, operating at strategic and management level.
