A regional Telecommunications company with extended reach to global markets is currently recruiting for a Head of Procurement. Based in Singapore, the Head of Procurement will manage all telecommunications spend across the group.

Working in collaboration with key internal and external stakeholders, the Head of Procurement will be responsible for delivering procurement strategies in areas such as Infrastructure, Networks, Devices, Hardware and Software (Cloud Services, platforms etc.). With ongoing innovations within the telecommunications industry, the Head of Procurement will align on business requirements and identify cost saving opportunities for group procurement. In addition, the Head of Procurement will lead procurement processes and systems enhancements, tendering, vendor management and procurement governance.

The successful candidate will be a proven procurement leader from the Telecommunications industry (including Telco suppliers/vendors) with strong domain knowledge including Fixed Networks, Mobile Networks, IP technologies and Devices. You will have excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to form strategic partnerships to deliver procurement targets and goals at a group level.
