A great opportunity has now arisen for a Finance Manager to join a fast growing technology company. Headquartered and listed in US, the company has offices across the globe with operations in over 20 countries.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for day to day finance operations in APAC and India, looking after general accounting, reconciliation, regulatory compliance, financial and management reporting. You will work closely with external providers in both audit and tax matters, and maintaining adequate and effective processes to ensure timely and accurate closing and reporting.

The successful candidate will be professionally qualified with a CPA, ACCA etc. and possess a degree from a reputable University. You will have at least 10 years’ relevant experience with good understanding of US GAAP and SOX compliance. Experience working in a Big 4 firm is highly desired. You will be described as a proactive, hands on and independent individual.
