The Company:
Our client, a reputable global insurance brokerage is seeking a Employee Benefits Insurance Broker to join their growing team in Singapore to enhance their business. This role with report to the Team Lead, Client Management.


Responsibilities:
  • Focus on client servicing, retention, and renewal of accounts (across SME to Jumbo Accounts)
  • Analysing medical claims as well as suggesting appropriate insurance solutions to your clients
  • Assisting the claims team in addition to creating and delivering employee communication plans


Requirements:
  • A confident team player with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Minimum of 2-5 years of relevant experience in Client Management/EB broking
  • University graduate ideally in addition to relevant insurance qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of employee benefits products
  • Excellent business acumen with the ability to manage budget and growth.
  • Additional language skills in Mandarin would be advantageous.
