Responsibilities would include: 

  • Drive engagements with clients to unlock capital for energy transition opportunities
  • Spearhead significant mandates across hydrogen, EV value chain, and low-carbon technologies, while pioneering innovative solutions
  • Strategy Implementation - refine strategies and promote implementation to develop this area into a leading division
  • Deal Origination - assist in marketing, pitching, origination, and execution, provide tailored financial solutions to clients by leveraging on industry knowledge and expertise
  • Prepare / review financial proposals including term sheets and/or presentations; assist in the deal negotiation process
  • Market Development - identify opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships in line with the agreed sector and/or market strategy and risk appetite
 

Profile of ideal candidate:

  • University degree or above in any discipline
  • 15-20 years of relevant working experience
  • Able to take leadership role in tasks assigned, working with peers in other departments, with juniors in the resource pool as well as external parties like peer banks and consultants
  • Strong communicator both verbally and in writing
  • Good relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Work experience in the renewable energy, infra, new energies sector is mandatory
