Join Asia's leading insurance business in their Group Partnerships Distribution team to steer regional and local bancassurance partnerships management. Your role will require effective influencing and stakeholder management skills to work with internal key divisions to drive sales production, deepen customer segments penetration and implement appropriate sales infrastructure and tools. This role is based in Singapore. 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Prepare annual business plans with assigned local business units. 
  • Drive performance targets delivery across distribution initiatives, product delivery, marketing and digital tools.
  • Monitor and review agreed business  KPIs, flag out potential risks and resolve performance issues
  • Manage effective relationships with regional partnerships accounts and executives

Job requirements:
  • 15 years of relevant insurance or financial services industry experience 
  • Experience in regional/group bancassurance management, and leading cross-functional projects 
  • Well-organised, strong capabilities in project management 
  • Strong understanding of life insurance financials
