Our client is a European MNC bringing us some of the finest products and well-loved brands in the FMCG industry. 

They are currently hiring a Demand Planning & Customer Service professional with experience in driving and managing demand in an MNC environment. As an experienced hire into the team, you will lead the forecasting processes by working closely with internal and external stakeholders, and introduce improvements to current ways of working. You will also guide and work collaboratively with the Customer Service team to provide quality service and ensure timely communication with all customers and supply partners. 

In order to succeed in this role, you must have strong demand planning experience, with exposure to customer service aspects in your roles. You should also have worked in large MNCs and operate well in a matrix, multi-cultural organisation. You should enjoy working collaboratively with various stakeholders at all levels as well.
