Currently looking for a Customer Success Specialist for a Healthtech startup out of Singapore.

They have an app that is used by Physiotherapists, doctors, and patients to aid in the recovery of orthopaedic surgery or musculoskeletal injuries, how does an app help people in these cases you wonder? Well, it’s your job to tell people how.

The conduit between the business and users you will have a really important job, not just teaching people about the app but bringing ideas back to the business for improvements and nurturing business relationships so that people keep using it.

The Customer Success Specialist will:
  • Support patients, surgeons/nurses/physiotherapists, and other healthcare professionals for the use of the company’s products
  • Providing customer support, handling customers’ inquiries and concerns, and gathering customer feedback for product and service improvement.

The Customer Success Specialist will be/have:
  • Degree or Diploma in Life Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, or related fields. Certified Nurses or Physiotherapists are highly desirable.
  • 2 years experience in clinical practice, or medical/pharmaceutical sales/customer service
