Customer Service Executive with BH-170817

Liaise with Line Managers to understand service and deal structure for each customer
Understand customer’s internal process and align communications and customize workflow to fit import schedule
Monitor vessel schedule and coordinate with load port agent for load list and DG document
Send out arrival notice to all customers and prepare for import TLI declaration with close monitoring on tight connections
Apply PM4 for both transit and discharge dangerous goods and to arrange PSA Group 1 and 2 DG for direct delivery
Check and tally for discrepancies on import and transit declaration
Check and ensure no outstanding for upfront payment customer
Filter request for using XR as container operator code and monitor long stay regularly
Match IMPE after complete declaration and provide supporting documents to billers for invoicing
Support and cover team whenever necessary
