The Role:

Our client, a leading European Oil & Gas company, is seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator/Specialist to join their team. As a Contract Specialist, you will play a vital role of managing and executing vital contracts and transactions that directly impact the company’s operations.

As a Contract Administrator/Specialist , you will take ownership of drafting and reviewing standard trading-related documents, ensuring compliance and accuracy at every step. You will also provide vital support to the Head of Legal, assisting with essential legal tasks such as retrieving contracts, implementing clerical amendments, coordinating deal signings, and handling notarization and legalization processes.

If you have a keen eye for detail, a strong grasp of contract administration, and the ability to thrive in a structured yet fast-moving environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact in a globally recognized organization.

Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of contract administration experience in the commodity trading house, bank or oil major, with strong knowledge of incoterms
  • LLB or Admission to Singapore Bar or any Common Law Jurisdiction is a bonus
  • A keen eye for detail in shipping and trading contracts
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong sense of urgency and multitasking abilities.
