Would suit people who want to work on a larger site with more projects or somebody who wants to move away from a standard production role to focus on Continuous Improvement.
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will:
- Lead and support process improvement projects across the site
- Provide training to staff in continuous improvement
- Perform your own analysis and suggest improvement ideas
The Continuous Improvement Engineer will be / have:
- Experience working in pharmaceutical, food or chemical manufacturing environment
- Experience in running continuous improvement projects
- Ideally a Lean Six Sigma certification but not essential
