Looking for a Commercial Manager to oversee a small local team on a mixed portfolio of nephrology and rare disease.
This company has just had a bit of a restructure with a lot more focus being pushed into local teams, as such they are looking for a Commercial Manager to build a small team and drive the commercial operations across Singapore.
You will oversee their established product range and well as oversee the pre-launch work for new products that they are hoping to launch in the next year or so.

The Commercial Manager will be responsible for:

  • Develop and execute Singapore Business Plan for successful market sales, utilizing available resources effectively.
  • Lead and mentor team to surpass sales targets, fostering strong relationships with key accounts.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, maintain product knowledge, and stay informed about market trends for strategic advantage.

The Commercial Manager will be/have:

  • Relevant sales and marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proven track record in selling to and negotiating with senior hospital Key Decision Makers (KDM)
  • Experience in Account Planning, Customer Mapping, and managing distributors/partners.
  • Degree Qualified
