Join a leading and established Insurance Group in Singapore in their continued journey to enhance the business’s digital capabilities and customer engagement experience.  As Business Project Manager of the Digital Channel Platforms team, you need to demonstrate high level of communication skills, stakeholder management and engagement skills , understand and relate to the business needs and priorities.  You are to demonstrate excellent competency when it comes to emerging e-commerce technology, and IT ecosystems concerning the product road map. 

Key Responsibilities 
  • Understand  stakeholders' business needs and priorities. Relate to their concerns and objectives and accommodate into platform’s delivery priorities.
  • Facilitate communications between stakeholders and collaborate with internal cross-functional teams.
  • Work internally with CX and UX teams to design customer journey for an optimised customer experience.
  • Work with campaign managers for post launch analysis to further improve conversion rates. This includes application performance , end-user feedback and any further applications enhancements/change requests.
  • Identify process improvements for adoption to optimize delivery processes.
  • Support system maintenance for updates across products, regression testing, for new mobile devices and web OS.

Key Requirements
  • Effective stakeholder engagement skills and excellent communications skills is essential.
  • Demonstrated experience working with e-commerce platforms.
  • Financial Services Industry experience will be critical.  
  • Desirable to have experience with UX/CX , analytics tools, mobile/web applications.
  • Appreciate innovative thinkers, problem solvers, challenging the norms for better solutions
  • Strong team player and high level of integrity.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in driving digital/e-commerce projects and initiatives.
