We are currently looking for a Business Manager for a new entrant to the Singapore market that focuses on IVD products. You will be taking charge of their SEA focused business as they look to transition from a distributor focus to direct.

You will be in charge of building the team in Singapore, setting the strategy and delivering the results. There are two hires already planned for Singapore and you will have two marketing headcounts in China reporting into you.

This is a chance to lead the build of a new SEA business only their second physical office outside of China.

The Business Manager will be responsible for:
  • Responsible for the development and expansion of customer accounts to maximise growth of the company’s products and services in SEA.
  • Drive sales growth to meet / exceed sales revenue and profit objectives.
  • Build a strong team and culture for the Singapore business.

The Business Manager will be / have:
  • Degree qualified.
  • Experience in sales / business development of IVD products.
  • People leadership experience.
