The job:
The Business Development Senior Consultant plays a key role in supporting the company’s business development, account management, and client engagement initiatives. The team focuses on driving business growth, managing strategic accounts, and delivering client value.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support sales pipeline management, creating client pitches and proposals.
  • Manage strategic client accounts, tracking value delivery and growth opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the product suite to drive relevant sales discussions and provide feedback for product improvements.
  • Collaborate across teams to move opportunities through the sales pipeline and manage accounts.
  • Prepare commercial reports for governance forums and support marketing efforts.

Requirements:
  • Ideally 5-7 years of relevant experience in healthcare and/or insurance, with blended expertise in health, digital engagement, tech solutions, or organizational transformation.
  • Graduate degree from a reputable university.
  • Key skills in project management, consultative sales , delivering presentations
  • Responsive, creative, uphold strong work ethics and standards of excellence.
  • Strong tenacity and agility, proven capabilities to deliver under tight deadlines
