We're on a lookout for high performing and dynamic candidates to join our Client's Business Development Team. If you love partnering with sales and have a passion for learning about BPM, AI and robotics process automation this is a great opportunity for you!
You'll work very closely with local MD and Senior Sales Managers on Enterprise Grade Accounts, and more importantly - you'll be their first hire in this capacity, meaning you'll be well looked after and have plenty of runway to build out a National territory and be coached by some of the best of the best in the space.

  • Managing inbound leads and making outbound prospect calls
  • Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Attending weekly meetings with pre-sales engineers and sales reps
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Stay up to date with new and competitive products and increase market knowledge via various channels
  • 3+ years of Business Development or Field Sales experience in a technology company
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
  • Track record of achieving sales quotas
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in English)
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • BSc degree in Marketing or Sales preferred
