We're on a lookout for high performing and dynamic candidates to join our Client's Business Development Team. If you love partnering with sales and have a passion for learning about BPM, AI and robotics process automation this is a great opportunity for you!
You'll work very closely with local MD and Senior Sales Managers on Enterprise Grade Accounts, and more importantly - you'll be their first hire in this capacity, meaning you'll be well looked after and plenty of runway to build out a National territory and be coached by some of the best of the best in the space.
Responsibilities:
Managing inbound leads and making outbound prospect calls
Building strong relationships with existing and potential clients
Attending weekly meetings with pre-sales engineers and sales reps
Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
Stay up to date with new and competitive products and increase market knowledge via various channels
Requirements:
3+ years of Business Development or Field Sales experience, preferably in a software company
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques
Track record of achieving sales quotas
Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) and Microsoft Office tools
Understanding of sales performance metrics
Excellent communication and negotiation skills (fluent in English)
Ability to deliver engaging presentations
BSc degree in Marketing or Sales preferred
