Our client is an up-and-coming rental tech start-up, a fusion of real estate and fintech This fusion of property and finance is reshaping the industry, with a new fintech solution launched in Singapore. They are growing due to high demand and looking for qualified candidates to join their structured products and sales team and fuel their expansion in this dynamic sector.
 

Responsibilities
:

  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify and target prospective clients or customers through various engagement channels, including emails, networking events, cold calling, etc.
  • Develop and manage a strong lead pipeline, nurturing relationships and assisting senior sales team in strategizing and executing sales plans for increased conversions.
  • Stay informed about real estate and fintech industry developments and emerging trends to strategically position our offerings. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's products and relevant financial technologies to effectively convey their value to clients.
  • Prepare regular reports encompassing business development activities, partnerships, and client acquisition progress, utilizing data and metrics for well-informed decision-making for Management.
 

Qualifications
:

  • Degree holder in business, finance, or a related field (MBA a plus).
  • Previous exposure in sales or customer-facing role (B2B and/or B2C, 1+ year) involving loans / structured loan products or within the fintech/financial services industry.
  • An organized team player with excellent interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Proficient in applying CRM software / sales tools to track sales performance.
