Immediate long term contract to deliver a new case management system end to end. You will join the project in its initiation from discovery, assist in the vendor selection and implementation of a new Case Management system.

This role is responsible for requirements elicitation, writing user stories, workflows and process maps, develop and manage traceability matrix. It will work closely with the Project Manager, the business stakeholders or SMEs, the IT team and the vendor for transition and implementation.

To be succesful you will have

  • Experience in case management/complaint handling systems and in the insurance sector or similar is required.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) delivery processes, ceremonies, tools and artefacts
  • 3-4 years experience as Agile Business Analyst and ideally some experience as Product Owner
  • Relevant Tertiary degree and professional certification (BA, Product Owner)
  • Effective stakeholder and relationship management - with business owners, project teams, internal ICT resources, vendors integration partners
