The Company: 
As a dynamic international firm, this well-known organisation is looking for talented billing officer /Accounts Receivable to join their team in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities: 
  • Reviewing billing records to ensure accuracy
  • Meet billing deadlines as well as keeping detailed records of billings
  • Mailing invoices to clients & uploading invoices to the e-billing system
  • Participating in audits when necessary
  • Time transfer between matters based on the discretion of the partners
  • Assist and support all billers within the team as well as training new billers/ secretaries based on company’s best practices
  • Produce reports for management upon their request
  • Ad Hoc assignments

Requirements:
  • University degree in accounting or finance or equivalent.
  • 2 – 5 years of previous billing work experience will be advantageous
  • CPA qualified would be highly preferred
  • Good communicator in written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility who can work in a dynamic multi-cultural environment
  • Immediately available or with a maximum of a 1 - month notice period
