This role sits with the Employee Benefits- New Business team and will be responsible for building intermediary relationships and underwriting

Your responsibilities:
  • Building and maintaining intermediary relationships to ensure new business growth.
  • Communicating new business data to the BPO and coordinating with operations to resolve issues.
  • Participating in projects like product enhancements and market analysis.
  • Proactively improving processes and adapting to changes.
  • Managing business and regulatory compliance risks.

Our Requirements:
  • Degree or equivalent qualifications.
  • Must have relevant experience and knowledge of Employee benefits i.e underwriting/sales and client management/operations to be considered.
  • Detail-oriented individual , demonstrate level of attention to be thorough with processes. 
  • Energetic, display commercial acumen, and bring strong interpersonal skills.
  • High integrity, sense of ownership and team player.
