A banking client is seeking a AVP, Corporate Tax to join the team. Please note that this is a 6-month contract role. Any opportunity for conversion or extension is subject to business needs and approvals upon completion.
 
Reporting into the Head of Tax, you will be responsible for managing corporate tax compliance and advisory, including maintaining CRS and FATCA governance frameworks. You will perform for monthly tax reporting, business advisory to the different bank branches and assist with any ad hoc projects relating to tax.
 
The ideal candidate should have at least 3-5 years in a corporate tax role, preferably from a financial institution, however the client is also open minded to candidates from non-FI background. A candidate with willingness to learn and humility will be a suitable fit for the team.
