A high-end Medical Clinic is currently looking for an Associate Medical Director on a part time basis to support their service operations as they seek to grow in Singapore. It’s small, just 7 clinicians currently and has been established for around 3 years.
The clinic is currently appointment only and honestly only operates at about 50% capacity so they are hoping that not only will you provide medical consultations, but you will be interested in the commercial aspects and helping to drive its business. There will also be the opportunity to get involved in helping to run the day-to-day operations, helping them to improve their processes and systems.
In the future the plan is to expand regionally across South East Asia once Singapore is fully up and running and you will be offered the chance to oversee this growth with the potential for equity once this process starts.
You will be from a Paediatrics or O&G specialty previously as this well help to complement their current offerings.
The Associate Medical Director will be/have:
- Medical Degree
- Paediatrics or O&G specialization
- Active in clinical practice
