Oversee mechanisms of action (MOA) for ongoing research projects and suggest development strategies when required for discussion
Assess internal and external projects, considering scientific merit, potential to address unmet medical needs, market size, and feasibility
Define primary project objectives, timelines, and propose corresponding budgets
Direct team’s daily R&D efforts to ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner
Nurture cooperative alliances with external partners to leverage their strengths for enhancing internal team’s research ideas and capabilities
Requirements:
PhD holder with 6+ years” or Master holder with 10+ years” experience in pharma or biotech industry, and Proficiency in these assays preferred : ELISA, Western blot, q-PCR, TR-FRET, cell culture, proliferation analysis, protein degradation, etc.
In-depth knowledge of diseases such as cancer, autoimmune/autoinflammatory diseases, or neuroscience. Strong expertise in cell biology and signal transduction pathways (GPCR, RTK, epigenetics)
Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional drug discovery projects a plus
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and commitment to achieve collaborative success
