One of our leading insurance clients is driving innovation in healthcare by enhancing Connected Care initiatives across multiple markets. As they continue to expand their impact, they are looking for a AD Connected Care - Healthcare Specialist to join their team.
 
In this high-visibility role, you will play a key part in shaping the future of patient care by ensuring seamless integration of digital health solutions, clinical workflows, and in-person care. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, healthcare providers, and technology partners to implement and optimize Connected Care programs that improve patient outcomes and healthcare efficiency.
 
The AD Connected Care - Healthcare Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Lead the clinical development and execution of Connected Care initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and healthcare experiences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation, aligning with regulations, risk management, and product strategy.
  • Leverage technology and digital health solutions to improve care delivery efficiency and scalability.
  • Drive continuous improvement by analyzing performance data and integrating best practices into Connected Care programs.
 
The AD Connected Care - Healthcare Specialist will be / have:
 
  • Degree in Medicine, Nursing or a related healthcare field (postgraduate qualifications are a plus)
  • 7-10 years of clinical experience, ideally with expertise in digital health, connected care, or care pathway development
  • Experience in developing and implementing healthcare programs, especially within the insurance sector
  • Strong understanding of clinical workflows, healthcare technology, and market variability in care access across Asia
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration
