Responsibilities 

  • To lead a small team to support Senior Procurement Manager/Head of Tactical Sourcing to deliver sourcing initiatives across food related categories.
  • Delivery through proficient knowledge of the Collaborative Procurement Model (CPM), Category Management and 7-step sourcing process.
  • Ensure timely renewal of contracts & contract negotiation
  • Oversee day-to-day operation and supervise the team for RM planning and fulfilment
  • Access the order requirement & release Purchase Orders in SAP according to work flow
  • Perform contract administration and liaise with QA Department for approval of documents pertaining to quality and food safety
  • Supplier relationship management


Requirement 

  • Degree in relevant field 
  • Minimum 1 years of relate experience working within supply chain/ procurement/ finance function as a team lead
  • Knoledge of SAP System
  • Ariba System is a plus 
  • Strong analytical abilities 
  • Good interpersonal skill
