The Role:
Exciting Opportunity to work with a Large Organisation.  The role as an Assistant Accountant will focus on accounts payable & Billings.  Working with a diverse team and environment.  Excellent exposure to learn and develop as an Assistant Accountant.

Responsibilities:
  • Month-end close
  • Full-function accounts payable
  • Liaise with vendors
  • Accounts Payable / Accounts receivable
  • Data entry
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Monthly reporting
  • Preparation of the debtors aging report
  • Other ad hoc duties to support the team

Requirements:
  • Degree in Accounting & Finance from a reputable university
  • Minimum of 1 – 3 years accounting work experience
  • Big 4 candidates are welcome!
  • Knowledge in MS Excel and Microsoft office.  Knowledge in SAP/HFM/ERP systems will be an advantage
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • CPA Qualification will be advantageous
  • Immediately available or with a maximum of 1 month notice period
