Currently looking for an Application Support Specialist for a Life Sciences business in Hong Kong. Working both pre and post sales this role comes with no sales target but the chance to gain commission on sales made.

Looking for specialists in LCMS if you work in a lab and want to get out this role could be interesting for you.

The Application Support Specialist will:
  • Provide pre and post sales support to customers across Hong Kong and Macau
  • Demonstrate LCMS technologies and recommend solutions to customers based on their needs
  • Work with sales and marketing to plan sales strategy

The Application Support Specialist will be / have:
  • Strong backgrond in LCMS products either providing support or working with them
  • Degree qualified
  • Strong communication skills in order to speak and consult with customers
  • Excellent Cantonese, Mandarin and English skills
