Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Tech Business Analyst, ideally within a technology or systems-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of data flows, backend processes, and proficiency with SQL querying.
- Ability to break down complex systems into clear user journeys, operational steps, and risk assessments.
- Practical understanding of how databases, APIs, and system architecture integrate to support end-to-end user journeys.
- Detail-oriented, structured, and accountable, with strong documentation and follow-through skills.
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with engineering, product, policy, and frontline teams, demonstrating collaboration and ownership.
- Good to have knowledge with SFTP and API integration concepts, experience with internal tools, and exposure to data governance, digital identity, or public-sector systems.
