- Service Delivery Manager – Infrastructure & Technology Rollout

- Contract to end of April 2027
- Up to $1,050 per day including super
This is a hands-on role, suited to someone who has managed large infrastructure rollouts, site deployments, or event-based technology programs.
The role
- You’ll be responsible for coordinating multiple technical workstreams to ensure all infrastructure and services are delivered, integrated, and operationally ready for a major time-critical event.
- Key focus areas include:
- Coordinating delivery across network, end-user compute, telephony, and mobile streams
- Their tech stack includes, Nice CXOne, Microsoft and CISCO technologies.
- Managing rollout activities across multiple sites
- Ensuring technology components are integrated and ready for go-live
- Overseeing service delivery, SLAs, and operational readiness
- Working closely with project teams, service delivery, and infrastructure teams
- Managing and coordinating multiple vendors
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and dependencies across streams
Key responsibilities
- Drive end-to-end service delivery across multiple technical projects
- Coordinate infrastructure, EUC, and networking rollouts
- Monitor SLA performance and service readiness
- Support site commissioning and large-scale device deployments
- Manage vendors and ensure alignment across delivery partners
- Provide hands-on support with solution delivery, troubleshooting, and go-live readiness
- Ensure governance, reporting, and risk management processes are maintained
