Key Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience leading regulatory compliance, assurance, or audit functions within financial services, ideally in securities services or custody
- Deep understanding of securities regulations, custody operations, and asset protection standards
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as CSDR, MiFID II, SEC, FCA, or equivalent
- Strong analytical thinking paired with clear communication and report-writing ability
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Hands-on experience using compliance monitoring platforms and risk management systems is an advantage
