Senior Product Designer

Contract Type:

Permanent

Location:

Singapore, Singapore

Date Published:

08-Oct-2026

Salary:

$7,200 - $7,200 Monthly
About the Role
Join a well-established technology organisation building large-scale digital services used by thousands of people every day. You'll own the design of complex products and operational workflows from first research through to launch, working inside an agile, cross-functional delivery team. This is a hands-on senior role with a real say in product direction, and you'll help shape how design is practised across the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Run discovery work: interviews, usability studies and feedback synthesis that surface pain points and shape what gets built
  • Turn research findings, business goals and technical constraints into clear user journeys, flows and interaction models
  • Design end to end, from early wireframes and prototypes to polished, developer-ready high-fidelity UI
  • Bake accessibility, responsiveness and usability into every design from the start
  • Facilitate workshops, journey-mapping and ideation sessions with product, business and engineering stakeholders
  • Present design rationale and trade-offs clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Embed design into sprint cadence through backlog refinement, design reviews and acceptance criteria
  • Hand over specs, interaction behaviours and assets, then review what's built against the intended experience
  • Grow and maintain the design system: reusable components, UI guidelines and documentation
  • Coach junior designers and help raise design standards and practices across the team

What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years in product, UX/UI or interaction design (a front-end engineering background with a strong design focus also works)
  • A portfolio of end-to-end product work covering research, journeys, prototyping, high-fidelity UI and delivered outcomes
  • Strong Figma skills (or equivalent such as Sketch or Adobe XD)
  • Hands-on experience running user research and usability testing
  • Solid grasp of accessibility, responsive design and human-centred design principles
  • Working knowledge of front-end frameworks like React or Tailwind, enough to design with build realities in mind
  • Experience working in agile delivery teams alongside PMs, BAs and engineers
  • Clear communicator who can defend design decisions with evidence
  • A degree in HCI, Design, Digital Media, Computer Science or similar is a plus; equivalent hands-on experience is equally valued

What's on Offer
  • Ownership of complex, high-impact products with real users
  • A senior voice in product direction and design standards
  • A chance to mentor and build design capability within the team
  • Collaborative, agile environment with strong cross-functional partners
