As the senior architecture leader for the business unit, you will be responsible for defining and executing technology strategy, developing architecture roadmaps, guiding platform modernisation, and ensuring architecture, security, risk and regulatory requirements are embedded by design. You'll play a key role in influencing investment decisions, driving AI adoption, and creating scalable, future-ready technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define and deliver business-aligned technology strategy and architectural direction.
- Lead architecture governance and provide senior technical leadership across a complex technology landscape.
- Drive application and platform modernisation initiatives.
- Develop strategic technology roadmaps and influence funding and investment decisions.
- Embed security, risk and regulatory considerations into solution design.
- Champion AI adoption, innovation and modern engineering practices.
- Partner with executives, product leaders and delivery teams to improve technology outcomes, reduce complexity and manage technical debt.
- Build and lead a high-performing architecture capability within the business.
