- Candidates must have strategic consulting experience in a reputed company, preferably within consumer goods, FMCG, retail, healthcare, pharma and life sciences sectors
Responsibilities would include:
- Interact with the client’s management team
- Take charge of the day-to-day execution of the mandated projects and take ownership of the deliverables
- Manage junior team members by giving them guidance or mentorship
- Participate in hiring new promising candidates, identifying prospective clients and preparing pitch, etc.
Profile of ideal candidate:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- Minimum 4-6 years of strategic consulting experience in a reputed strategy consulting company with a proven track record
- Mandatory: Growth Strategy / Go-To-Market / Strategy Consulting experience
- Strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills
- Solid functional knowledge such as strategy, business development, marketing and sales, etc.
- Ability to work effectively with people at all levels in an organization
- Demonstrated leadership capability in a team environment: take initiatives and resolve problems in an innovative manner, create opportunities for others, and take risks as seen through leadership roles
