Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of strategic commercial initiatives and partnerships
- Identify and evaluate new business and revenue-generating opportunities
- Develop commercial strategies, business cases, valuations and financial models
- Structure and negotiate complex commercial agreements and transactions
- Manage a portfolio of commercial projects and ensure successful delivery of outcomes
- Partner with senior stakeholders across finance, operations, strategy and project teams
- Provide commercial advice to support key business decisions and investment opportunities
- Monitor market trends, innovation and emerging commercial opportunities
- Support capability development across the broader commercial function
- Extensive experience in commercial management, corporate strategy, infrastructure advisory or corporate finance
- Strong experience delivering complex commercial projects, transactions and partnerships
- Advanced financial modelling, valuation and business case development skills
- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives and key decision-makers
- Strong commercial acumen with a strategic mindset
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities within complex organisational environments
- Degree qualification in Commerce, Finance, Economics, Business or a related discipline
- Infrastructure, utilities or asset-intensive environments
- Corporate advisory or Big 4 consulting
- Investment banking or transaction advisory
- Large and complex commercial organisations
