MUST HAVE : Change Communications / Communication Strategy / Complex program / Organisational Transformation
Primary purpose of the role:
- Lead the design and delivery of enterprise change communication strategies, enabling successful implementation of complex transformation programs.
- Provided senior leadership in the design and execution of change communication frameworks, strengthening stakeholder readiness and supporting seamless implementation of transformation initiatives.
Primary Skills
- Designed and delivered end-to-end change communication
plans supporting major Organisational programs
- Ensuring alignment with the overarching communication strategy
and university transformation agenda.
- Provided strategic and tactical communication advice
to senior stakeholders and program teams,
- Strengthening message clarity, channel effectiveness
and staff engagement.
- Translated complex program and transformation
initiatives into clear, audience-focused messaging
- Improving staff understanding and reducing change ambiguity.
- Partnered with Marketing and Communications to align program messaging, timing and channels
- Institutional communications, ensuring consistency and minimising message fatigue.
- Produced high-impact communication materials(executive updates, staff emails, FAQs, presentations, newsletters and digital content) that supported program visibility and staff readiness.
