About the Role
We are a regional technology organisation operating across the Asia Pacific market. We are looking for a driven and commercially astute Business Development professional to help grow a regional footprint by working with a broad network of industry partners and enterprise clients.
 
This is a senior individual contributor role that sits at the intersection of technology, partnerships, and commercial execution. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to identify, develop, and close business opportunities across the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across the APAC region, working collaboratively with regional partners and enterprise end customers
  • Provide commercial support for regional opportunities throughout the full sales cycle, from qualification through to contract close
  • Track and manage a regional sales pipeline, working across internal stakeholders and external partners to convert opportunities into revenue
  • Engage and manage relationships with a portfolio of regional partners, strengthening collaboration and driving joint go-to-market activities
  • Support the development and execution of a regional growth strategy, ensuring the organisation becomes a preferred partner for enterprise clients
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives including commercial framework discussions, pricing alignment, and cross-partner engagement
  • Work alongside partner marketing teams to increase awareness of our value proposition with target customers
  • Develop a strong understanding of our solution partners' products and services to effectively support go-to-market efforts
  • Stay close to evolving market dynamics and customer needs across the region to continuously improve how we bring solutions to market
  • Share business value proposition insights with partners to support joint go-to-market engagements

Requirements

Education
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Knowledge & Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in technology, telecommunications, or adjacent industries
  • Solid understanding of connectivity solutions and enterprise technology ecosystems
  • Familiarity with platform-based solution selling and technology ecosystem engagement
  • Experience working with mobile network operators or technology solution partners is an advantage
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial revenue targets
  • At least 5 years in partner management, channel sales, or enterprise business development

Skills & Attributes
  • Strong commercial acumen and solution sales skills
  • Excellent communication skills — written and verbal — with the ability to clearly articulate value propositions
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, including large multinational enterprises
  • Experience working in Asia is a strong advantage
  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  • Self-motivated, independent, and positive in approach
  • Comfortable operating in an international, multicultural environment
  • Customer-oriented, results-driven, and adaptable team player
