About the Role
We are partnering with an international law firm to recruit a Senior Business Analyst to support regional strategy, financial performance, and business growth across Asia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide regional financial analysis, management reporting, and commercial insights to support Asia senior management.
- Monitor financial performance, identify key trends and drivers, and highlight growth opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and briefing materials for management meetings, partner conferences, and strategic discussions.
- Conduct business analysis, financial modelling, and market research to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Partner with global and regional teams on budgeting, pricing, profitability analysis, variance reporting, and finance transformation initiatives.
- Enhance management reporting and business intelligence capabilities through dashboards and data-driven insights, enabling informed decision-making across the region.
Requirements
- Degree-qualified in Finance, Accounting, Business, Analytics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 4 years' experience in FP&A, business planning, or commercial finance within a legal, professional services, financial services, or multinational environment.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI is highly advantageous.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to influence and challenge senior stakeholders when appropriate.
- Highly proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving business needs.
