We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior Audit Manager to lead and expand our capabilities in data analytics and AI-focused audits. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine deep Data Analytics and Audit expertise with cutting-edge technology to deliver insights that go beyond traditional assurance.
Key Responsibilities
Built internal audit data analytics capability from the ground up, presenting strategy to Board and executives.
Lead complex, data-driven audit engagements, supporting a large and competent audit team.
Design and deploy data analytics to enhance audit quality and efficiency.
Oversee AI audits (model governance, data integrity, bias, compliance).
Integrate automation and analytics into audit workflows.
Established a dedicated SQL Server data environment for audit analytics.
Shift the audits from sample-based to full-population testing.
Introduced data quality as a core risk category, uncovering control gaps.
Delivered strategic insights across customer, financial, and risk domains.
Leed data migration initiatives, reducing reliance on external consultants.
Partner with stakeholders on data environments and AI strategy.
Build and mentor a high-performing analytics-enabled audit team.
Stay current on AI, machine learning, and data governance trends.
What We’re Looking For
Strong audit or risk understand with experience in either (internal/external) / assurance or risk.
Expertise in tools such as SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx or “R” etc.
Experience auditing AI/ML or automated decision systems.
Understanding of risk, controls, and AI/data regulations.
Proven team leadership and stakeholder management displaying an innovative, curious mindset with a “can do” attitude.
Demonstrated experience in ability to break down complex problems, develop approaches, seek buy in and deliver to a roadmap.
