Our client, a global financial institution, is hiring a Senior Associate to lead client coverage across Greater China and Hong Kong. The role focuses on growing institutional revenue, deepening relationships with banks and financial institutions, and delivering service excellence across the region.
You'll manage key accounts, develop new business in coordination with regional teams, prepare and present client proposals, and act as the first line of defence on KYC, AML, and onboarding controls. You'll also work closely with internal product teams and stay on top of market developments.
Requirements: degree-qualified with 3-6 years' experience in securities or banking; a securities services or custody background is preferred. Strong KYC/AML knowledge, sharp commercial instincts, and excellent communication skills. Native Mandarin, fluent Cantonese, and strong written and spoken English are essential for internal & external communications and engagement. Some travel required.
