- Candidates must have relevant Investment/ PE experience, familiar with SEA Real Estate market (Experience executing real estate acquisitions in Australia is a bonus)
Responsibilities would include:
- Evaluate real estate investment opportunities – Assess acquisitions and portfolio opportunities across regional markets (SEA)
- Manage execution of investment and divestment deals, including preparation of investment committee/board materials, underwriting, due diligence, financial and strategic analysis, tax structuring inputs, deal management
- Collaborate with internal cross‑functional teams and external partners
- Review investment strategy and work with C-level team on the corporate strategy and expansion plans for SEA
- Deliver analytical support for special projects, investor pitch decks, and regular management reporting to strengthen portfolio performance and investment strategy
- Keep abreast of real estate trends, undertake market research and analysis across the sector to provide insights
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in real estate private equity/funds, financial institutions, or established real estate platforms
- Numerically competent and able to independently develop complex financial models and yet convert the numbers into useful visual information to enable management to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning
