Requirements
- 4–7 years of quality engineering/testing experience
- Strong proficiency in test automation tools such as Playwright, including cross-browser, mobile, and API testing.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform testing, particularly CSM module, App Engine applications, workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
- Proficiency in API testing (REST/SOAP), integration validation, and authentication testing (OAuth, SAML, API keys).
- Familiarity with DevOps/CI-CD pipelines, version control, test environment management, and automated deployment processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for collaboration with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders.
- ServiceNow certifications (CSA or Application Developer) are an advantage
