We are working with a leading global pharmaceutical company on a search for a Product Manager to join their Oncology Business Unit in Singapore. This is a high-visibility role owning brand strategy, launch execution, and lifecycle management for a key oncology product — with real ownership from market insight through post-launch optimization.
What you'll do:
- Own the brand plan and strategic priorities for assigned product(s)
- Turn market, customer, and competitive insight into launch and in-market strategy
- Lead cross-functional execution across Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Finance, Supply Chain, and Legal/Compliance
- Partner with alliance stakeholders on shared goals and coordinated execution
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and performance tracking across the product lifecycle
- Build relationships with KOLs and HCPs that support product strategy
What you bring:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, marketing, or business
- 3+ years in pharma commercial/marketing, ideally in oncology or haematology
- Hands-on product launch experience in the Singapore market
- Strong cross-functional and stakeholder management skills
- Commercial acumen paired with an analytical, insight-driven approach
