We are partnered with a digital asset and cross-border payment firm to hire a  Product Manager (eKYC).  This role sits at the intersection of product, compliance, and engineering, with direct impact on onboarding experience, regulatory alignment, and operational efficiency across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the   full eKYC/KYB journey, including ncluding onboarding flows, verification processes, risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Build and evolve the KYC product strategy and roadmap.
  • Translate regulatory and policy requirements into structured product documentation and technical deliverables.
  • Collaborate with Engineering to architect API-driven, modular KYC frameworks, integrating external vendors for identity, screening, and fraud detection.
  • Serve as the internal subject-matter expert for KYC, supporting cross-functional teams and partner engagements.

Our Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science
  • 4+ years of product management experience within fintech, payments, banking, or regtech.
  • Experience with KYC/KYB, AML, onboarding, or compliance-led products.
  • Familiarity with third-party KYC vendors (identity verification, sanctions screening, fraud tools)
  • Strong stakeholder management, project management, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required, as this role will work closely with Chinese vendors.
