Location:

Date Published:

Salary:

$140,000 - $160,000 Annual
A leading US-headquartered multinational in the consumer health space is searching for a Manager/Senior Manager, Regulatory Affairs – APAC, based in Singapore.
This is a strategically important role within a fast-growing regional business unit, supporting brands across multiple markets in Asia Pacific. The company is a well-known name globally, with a broad portfolio spanning personal care, household, and consumer health categories.

The business is looking for someone with a genuine strategic mindset — someone who can bring sharp market insight and proactive regulatory thinking to the table, not just manage day-to-day execution. This is a chance to shape regional regulatory direction, not simply administer it.

About the Role
You'll provide regulatory expertise and strategic direction across the Asia Pacific region, supporting brands through both distributor and direct market models. This role involves managing registration activity, developing regulatory strategy on complex technical projects, and liaising between the company and domestic regulatory authorities. You'll also lead and mentor a small team and serve as a key technical interface for the region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop regulatory strategy on complex registrations across APAC
  • Support due diligence and data-driven recommendations in relation to acquisition activities
  • Act as liaison between Regulatory Affairs and cross-functional teams, government agencies, and trade associations
  • Own technical documentation and registration dossiers supporting product launches across the region
  • Ensure registration renewals are achieved on time
  • Monitor emerging regulations and proactively flag business impact
  • Build and maintain a network of local regulatory experts across markets
  • Manage and develop a direct report

What You'll Bring
  • Significant Asia Pacific Regulatory Affairs experience across several categories (cosmetics, OTC, medical device, household chemicals, or similar)
  • Proven strategic capability — able to anticipate regulatory change and advise the business proactively
  • People management experience, or readiness to lead and develop a small team
  • Excellent communication skills. Proficiency in additional Asian languages is an advantage, as the role supports regulatory engagement with stakeholders across multiple Asia Pacific markets.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects cross-functionally

Interested candidates, or those who'd like a confidential conversation are encouraged to apply.
